Having family photos taken is both awesome (for the memories) and terrible (because of the prep)!

I seriously dread having to put outfits together for my family of 5. In the end, I’m always glad we did the photos, but the prep is just not fun to me.

To combat that for YOU, I am sharing what my family wore for our photos this year. I selected colors based on a few criteria, which will help you as well!

Color Scheme Selection Criteria

The stores have the colors available and they are easy to find in that season.
The colors will look good with the late fall landscape, (or whenever you are having photos done)
You haven’t worn worn these colors for family photos before. (This is optional. You may not care if you’ve worn the same colors before!)
The colors will look good with the way you decorate your home, presuming you will be hanging them up.
